| Spam is like a lunch meat that really doesn't go bad in regular heat. Doesn't need to be refrigerated or anything. It was used during the war (World War 2 I believe) to be given to soldiers as a food source which they eat anywhere and it still tastes good. I actually don't know why it's called "Spam" but it's actually really good. | |

| No it's not anything else, but I'm not sure if it's ham.....but I know it's a meat....lemme look it up.................... # chopped pork shoulder meat with ham meat added # salt (for binding, flavor, and firmness) # water (to help in mixing) # sugar (for flavor) # sodium Nitrite (for color and as a preservative)
Okay so it is ham | |

| Speaking of spam... and also completely random... my brother-in-law Phil does the animation for Shamoozal.com (their cartoons are really funny!) and my older brother Joe does all of the music/ sound effects in his music studio. So anyway, one night the cast of Shamoozal did a podcast playing a trivia game live on the website. Each person had to answer 5 questions, and for each question you had wrong, you had to roll the dice. (1 on the die was potato chips, 2 was pickles, 3 anchovies, 4 spam, 5 hot peppers, 6 tuna fish) And mix all the food into the slap chop and eat it. It was quite amusing to witness that action in the studio. They have it for download in their podcast section, it's called "Slap Chop Trivia" Definitely not the same as seeing it in person XD | |
